Our live demo version allows you to see what your website visitors will see. You will be able to set all your own expenses and disbursements, fees and add your own disclaimer to caveat the estimate quoted. The website visitor will also get the opportunity to have the quote emailed to them and cc’d to an email address that you specify. You can then keep track of what quotes have been sent and follow-up on them.


Have a play around on this demo version to see how it works. The two formulae that calculate legal fees are based on the default values in this plugin. For property transaction values of £150,000 and below the legal fees are £450 and £750 for freehold and leasehold respectively. Then at each increase of £50,000 in property value, the legal fee increases by £50. Your business can set its own legal fee formulae when you buy this plugin.

Each property is unique and each local council has its own fees for the property searches it performs. Our standard searches fee include: local authority searches (planning issues, building control issues, highways issues, pollution issues), environmental searches (flooding issues, landslide issues, subsidence issues, contaminated land issues) and water and drainage searches (who owns and maintains the sewers, drains & piping, if the property is connected to a public water supply and sewer, whether the water supply is metered or rateable, the location of public sewer and drainage pipes and whether you’ll need permission from the water company to extend the home). Additional searches may be necessary if the property is a mining area or needs to contribute to chancel repair. Contact us for a meeting to discuss this fully and for a comprehensive quote.

Use our order form. You can download the plugin, install it and setup all your expenses and fees but it will not work on your website until you have your activation key.


We will invoice you for payment via bank transfer and once payment has been matched to your account we will email you an activation key.

If you are not able to make an immediate payment please state this in the order form and we will issue a temporary key valid for 5 business days. If payment has not been received within those five business days the licence key will automatically deactivate.

Not sure what versions you have?  In the backend of your WordPress site on the left navigation menu, select

TOOLS – SITE HEALTH – click the info tab and the top – then:

  • WORDPRESS to view your WordPress version; and
  • SERVER to view your PHP. version.

We are looking in to including this as an option here. Please contact us to give us some details about the  options for calculating this based on property value, tenure and remaining mortgage.

This is currently not included in this estimate tool. Many of the solicitors we have spoken with say they don’t offer shared ownership services owing to the amount of work required compared with the low fees. We understand that each time there is a percentage change in the ownership a new agreement or addendum to the original agreement must be drawn up and a fee charged.

If you are a law firm or conveyancer that does offer shared ownership conveyancing services, we’d love to hear from you.

We have used a ‘one size fits all’ for the four quote tables. In future versions of this plugin we will endeavour to code in options for customising the items and the ability to add and remove items.
